I have a new computer, since my mother board went the way of the dinosaurs last week, and naturally you can't find anything running XP out there, so am working on replacing some content till I can get the existing content from my old hard drive, however, I can't get past your security settings, I take it this site isn't really Vista compatible is it?

I'm just getting used to the new software, so please bare with me on this, would it be better if I went back to using Firefox??? Smiley Smiley Smiley

Vista works fine with the site, I'd try using Firefox.
Also try clicking when the site says it will begin download in 3 seconds.  There's a link that says 'download now' or something like that, that worked for me when I got the error you have.

also another little hint, when the page goes to download, hold down ctrl. that'll override the pop-up blocker.
