also the gates are down (last time i checked is there's no train moving near by they go back up) also a train isn't allowed to be parked that close to a crossing on a multi-track line.

Edit: And what do you think this situation could be considering all the other tracks in the shot, as well as our claim that the lights are off? I haven't heard of any four track mainlines in America aside from the BS we churn out of TTD games...

Head lights are on dim.  Look at the bottom part of the reflectors on the ditch lights then compare them to the head lights.  The ditch lights are off.  You can see the heat waves and some light smoke above the exhaust so the prime mover is running.  Looks to me like it's no more than notch 2.  So either it's parked or he's travailing away from the pickup.

Apparently, on the exact same day here at TVRM, GP7L 1829 broadsided a Mustang at a protected crossing on the Downtown Arrow on the way to the Choo-Choo and also Cuyahoga Valley had a car to train collision of some sorts. Each of the crossings had signals of some sort and I know that at TVRM there was virtually no damage and NHVR had minimal damage to their train.

Yeah, The ditches aren't on, I noticed that, and the lights looked really dim, but i could see the shine in the reflectors in the actual lens. So either he is pushing, or running pretty slow.
