I can understand why some don't want their real name known. But, if you consider others on the forum to be your friends then friends usually call each other by there first name. (and occasionally by nicknames) Now posting last your last name is a differant story. That I feel should be to the discretion of the individual that the name belongs to and should be respected by everyone else.
