You mean below it? It was a photostitch, something I'm not really sure why I do anymore, comprised of 3 photos taken at the exact same angle in the exact same location just at different times, so I didn't really get any more shots of the surrounding ballast, nor did I feel like getting off my ass and re-using the existing ballast already in the photo.
*looks again*
OH! Good eye. Didn't spot that above the cab

Not to bad of a job Ryan. I can still see the place you stitched it between the first and second radiator fans and the extra bulge towards the rear of the fuel tank. Do they have a bar and dancing girls in that stretched cab?

That, and there's also that inhuman, astoundingly perfectly square black box in the lower right hand corner of your "photo."
The part that's actually comprised of photos, though, is well-done

this an odditie weird enough (for me) to wake up this thread...
Deemed surplus with the arrival of new GP38-2's in 1977-78, TP&W RS-11 402 was converted to a snowplow in 1979. The unit was later sold to Kankakee, Beaverville & Southern Railroad, where it is shown in 1993.

here are two other oddities I have discovered a few minutes ago that I know nothing about
This is a weird gp40 rebuilt, but everything else is a mystery to me
Every thing I know about the second one is its name: Ingalls 4-S

That last one looks like an F unit that tried to back into a really low tunnel and go stuck..

Riiiight... that... GM&O.. Thing...
Unfortunately I have some technical specs as well as blueprints and more pictures of that thing in my Cyclopedia-
INGALLS SHIPBUILDING CO.
1500-H.P. ROAD LOCOMOTIVE, MODEL 4S
Quote
In 1945 the Ingalls Shipbuilding Company of Pascagoula, Miss., issued a catalog of diesel electric locomotives ranging from a 660-h.p. switcher to a 2000-h.p. A1A-A1A passenger unit. Ingalls built a demonstrator of an intermediate model in the line, the 1500-h.p. model 4S, powered by a Superior diesel engine and riding on type B trucks. It was the only locomotive Ingalls built and was sold to the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio. It was traded in to EMD in 1965.
