The CM40-8Ms Matruck is talking about I believe are the GE's they got to replace the C636Ms. And yes,They were painted for Robe, but Robe was owned by BHP.

Hopefully be working on that sooner rather then later David, I found sum good plans for the Robe River CM40-8M as well which went to BHP so i have a heap of idea's now lol.
Cheers Mick.

Good, so I'd be glad for that LOL as but too bad that as I believe BHP routes anywhere in Australian there pretty very huge and, long as over miles lol but still I love it..as because I love to see they bring long loads/empties ores BHP trains. Robe River CM40-8M? Would be impress for that! Also I believe there have SD70ACe either too lol

Mmm I'd pay for that ;)

Wouldn't take much to do one of those Pilbra lines in Trainz either, there's no trees and grass is at a bare minimum. hmmmm :P

I did enlist Jerkers help earlier on Tommy about trying to make a DEM for WA but i couldn't figure it out, Making a Transdem map of anywhere in the US is easy i even have the Tennesse Pass,CO made but for Australia you only have a heap of different folders of info you have to wade thru to find the area your after.
I recieved the Track charts for the Robe & Pilbara lines so i was thinking now of maybe just doing a Freelance kind of thing where you have the Port Area to unload and maybe a run out to a couple of mines, That way we can make use of the Different Loco's and Schemes they all have like BHP/Robe/Pilbara.
Cheers Mick. :)

628 is now about half way down the Opapa bank on its trip to Napier - this is the easy part, going back up on 627 won't be so smooth.

Nice shot, Willhelm.

Do I spy a "Hamburg Süd" container in the background?

Neat thread! Had no idea the land down under was so lush with green. I guess the media always show's the dry desert in the middle of the country. What a neat thread!

Aha yes still alive, just not enough hours in the day anymore to really be on the PC. Really nice to see your NZ stuff though, something different and close to home :) Maybe I could persuade you to do an Aussie G12? ;)
