I'll let you have a few of ours Kevin. They happen on a regular basis here. (I'm not trying to make everyone jealous. Really I'm not ;)) You should be able to see some great sun sets when you go to Hawaii.

Bill

Ps...It's foggy this morning. Can't hardly see the house next door.

This was a nice change from the rain and wind we've had for the last 2 weeks.

We had a great sunset two days ago, it was raining at that time making for some awesome lighting

We had a pretty one tonight.  You can never expect what kind of amazing lighting you will get after a super cell rolls through...

Lol, you really cant expect the flash (even on your fancycam  :P ) to cover that long of a distance, obviously its going to look darker as the flash would only illuminate the foreground (which there doesnt seem to be any of lol) and leave the background dark.
Flash is only good for things like night roster shots, and moving trains, though in almost every case a time exposure would look better. that is unless your working with huge flash banks like O. Winston Link.

If the flash could cover that much distance, I'm pretty  sure the camera would be outlawed.
