Good lord, that's hot.....

Perhaps you could ask JR or USLW to borrow a set of sd40-2 (HTC) Trucks and take that booger for a spin.....

I think I can smell burning NEC ballast from here..... I wonder if she ever made it to Potomac Yard..... Hmmmm Possibilities......

EDIT: Also, by showing that you are succeeding, #1976 will be your next mountain to climb.....

Same as 1975, except different trucks and underframe details.

I was planning on modelling some HTC trucks tommorow and just hook them on. Oh yes and for 1976, I can spot that the steps and the front plow are taller which shouldn't be too difficult to modify, but for those trucks on there, do you think you could find some more close up shots and PM them to me? They look pretty odd with that huge spring on the side of the frame, oh well. I have a lot more time on my hands since school is just finishing up, so this should be interesting....

I will see what I can find for those trucks and send them along... Smiley

They're pretty similar if not identical to the trucks on AEM-7s.

That looks amazing william!  KABLAMO!

Chris, after a long search I found some diagrams of the trucks, apparently they are identical to the trucks found on the AEM-7. Thanks SD90Mac for pointing that out.  Afro
