Weird Glitch?

Hello,

I posted this on the FialForums and, as I moreorless expected, only managed to find someone else with the problem, and wondering the same thing. So, to begin, whenever I go to download files in excess of what seems to be roughly 8mb, my download manager stops "Downloading" and essentially freeze's. It does not install the asset yet the download progress bar is essentially full! It is very aggrivating as I would like to access some wonderful vegitation creations on the DLS, but I cannot. Does anyone have a quick fix, or know of a way to help fight this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is a problem I have had since Trainz2009. Also, I know this is not a problem with not having a F.C.T. as I had a friend download the same asset, without a F.C.T. and it downloaded fine for him. Now, some things to consider. I have well over 4GB of Ram, or whatever Trainz needs. I bought a new Desktop. This happens in both TRS2009 and TRS2012. I've tried on DirectX and OpenGL, not that I would assume that makes any difference in the download area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Interl(R) Core(TM) i5CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz

Not sure if any of that helps but oh well, it was worth a shot.
