I'm sure if you e-mail them they can figure out what you've purchased and re-enable the downloads.

I have found in the past that jointed rail is very good and understanding of this issue and will work with you. Send them an email and I am sure they will take care of you.

Instead of being reactive, be proactive and talk to them. They have a support email and most of their team frequents this forum.
It's what's for lunch.

what's the worst they can say? "No I'm sorry; you should have made backups." But they could say "Yes here are your links!". However they aren't going to say either of those if you don't shoot them an email & ask.

I'm sure if you contact them and give them your email address (or the email receipt they sent you when you originally bought them, if you have it) they will work with you.  I've had a few probs in the past and they bent over backwards to help.  Give them a try!  :smirk:
