Disciplinary Procedures
« on: January 17, 2012, 06:46:50 PM »
All disciplinary procedures are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the violation, consequences can vary, but generally we follow a three-strike policy.

First-time Offense: Warning and/or 7-day ban. 30 day probationary period to follow.
Second-time Offense: Warning and 7 to 30 day ban. 60 day probationary period to follow.
Third-time Offense: Complete termination of account.

There is no appeal to any violation or punishment given out, except in the case of permanent bans. Moderators will discuss appropriate punishment, to which final approval will be given by an administrator of the forum. Moderators also have the right to set bans and punishment terms in most cases.

Cases which illicit a permanent ban:

  • Posting of pornographic material of any kind
  • Posting of crude or violent material
  • Posting to pose physical threat to member, admin, moderator, etc.
  • Posting of illegal activities (drug abuse, software manipulation, etc.)
  • Any spam posting

Any activity on the forum may be reported to local authorities, should they violate any State or Federal Laws. IPs can be tracked, even if you are using a proxy, please be smart.
