these are the following missing KUIDS: 156765:1712, 156765:1711, 156765:1599 KUID2: 37581:1221:2,

EDIT: Could I please Have some help with these issues? sorry I forgot to ask please and thanks at first. I got distracted while tying this up.

Check the depencies at USLW, the are updated. I think that will solve you problem.

I I did try that and then I downloaded the new content and the stuff still doesn't work. It seems to be problems with the trucks

Those should all be in the rolling stock dependencies pack. They are the trucks.

but for some reason when I download them it says the trucks themselves have missing dependencies I am honestly puzzled about this situation

Do me a favor. Try deleting the trucks completely from cmp, and re downloading and reinstalling the rolling stock dependencies. Also, make sure you grab a piece of rolling stock from JR so that you have the Jointedrail sound effects.
