My childhood! The nostalia thread.
« on: October 19, 2012, 10:46:40 AM »
Here is where you can post stuff that makes you nostalgic. For me, this is 90s comercials and other things from the 90s.

Anyway, Pizza Head. Why the hell can't marketing be this entertaining anymore?

Cant let this thread die.

Ive been fascinated by those at age 3.
That didnt change.

And then this fancy piece of high tech:

My grandfather had a small farm where I spend every holiday.
At 13, I drove this harvester over his fields.
It was easier then driving a tractor, cause the clutch was better to reach with my short legs and it was also far easier to push it through!
(Yes, Im short. Short and angry!)
It was a fine time, even when you were tired after several hours driving this assembly of tin and oil in the full sun.
But the dust, which made you look like you were working in a coal mine, somehow protected you from the sun.

More light for the thoughts that I dig
More light in the places I stay
More light on the path that I walk
More light 'round the questions that I bear
