Post a new picture everyday: round 3!
« on: September 28, 2017, 09:13:42 PM »
[Admin note]
This was an old topic idea I found on an old forum over 10 years ago. A great concept that held its roots in a challenge from the original poster to do just as the title suggests: post a new photo every day! Naturally days can disappear quicker than we'd all like, so this is a place where we can all post any random picture we've taken or have in our collection where ever it wouldn't otherwise fit. Looking forward to some shots!

(it was time to split this out from the previous thread, which was already separated our from my original one many moons ago)

=======================================================================================================================

It's inconsiderate that the train shows up when I'm not in a good spot for taking pictures.  Shame on them.  It don't help that I was in the middle of working too.  Beggars can't be choosy.

Hey, can't argue with a pair of SW1500's though! Here's a shot of DRGW 489 I took this past Summer in Chama

Brightline is a new commuter railway running between Miami and West Palm, it's a subsidiary of the Florida East Coast railway.  They plan on expanding to Orlando, should be running trains at 125mph when all is said and done.

Well, the chairs look comfy enough at least! Good to see you around here again Flak!

Here's one from last Fall, a shortline in Western TX I hadn't previously gone and checked out.

NYAR RS-71 heads westbound past the Medford Team Track after spending the day on the east end. Somehow 10 months ago already!
