Hey guys, so I tried to make one of these picture delios using gimp.  Here's how it turned out, or didn't turn out if you will, haha.

Any suggestions on how I can make a nice picture like some of yall have made? Maybe better software?
Thanks,
Josh

Crop it down to the correct size. You could use Microsoft Office Picture Editor.

Dimensions need to be 1200x150. I know it's not easy!

I had the same issue and I felt like a total  Tyler ...not.  What you need to do is not use Photobucket. It automatically re-sizes the pictures. Use hostthenpost for uploading banners. It will keep it at the size you prescribed it to be when you made the banner in whatever program you used! But as Chip stated, make sure the size is: 1200x150

I don't have Microsoft Office, so I don't have that photo shop.  Do any of yall know of a good freeware photoshop that I could make these banners with?
Thanks, Josh.
