I've been tinkering with #8017 on and off for about 4 months. I finally got ambitious and put it in game this morning. It's actually a SD40-2H. It was from the original order of snoots UP had that they converted to fast 40s. #8000 - 8034 had the ratchet hand brake. #8035 - 8099 had the wheel style hand brakes. If everyone could only see what's in the works in my computer. ;D

Haha, you switched to KRS? Have fun with that...
If I recall correctly I believe I used my KRS installation disks as frisbees for the dog, and the manual as toilet paper.

I dunno Nikos, we sure appreciated your efforts in TRAINZ, and I think you're wasting your abilities on a program that will never amount to anything.

Trainman, what sim i choose is none of your business, if i want to "waste" my abilitys ill do just that, im the one that took the time to learn them so ill do what i please. If the sim is supposed to never amount to anything then its too late for that, you have obviously not visited Uktrainsim or Railsim.de to see the large amounts of high quality content; routes, reskins, scenery, locos, cars, and scenario's that have been created.
Indeed i prefer to visit uktrainsim.com far more than train-sim as atleast people act somewhat maturely and every thread doesnt end up as bash KRS thread. If you want to continue playing TRS with the same 2002 graphics engine, that is never going to be changed be my guest, its your choice to choose what trainsim you want to play not mine, i plan on moving forward and creating for the next generation of train sims.
